At Bristol Maid™ we have a comprehensive sales support team who are able to assist with your individual enquiry. You can order products in writing, either by fax, email or post, unfortunately we are unable to accept orders over the phone.

Orders should be submitted as an ‘official purchase order’ on company headed paper, alternatively you can download an order form here


  • Your order should contain the following information…
  • Invoice address
  • Delivery address
  • Full contact details (name, phone number and fax number)
  • Item codes to be ordered along with descriptions and price
  • Please provide any quotation numbers that we may have provided. This will ensure that any agreed discounts applied
  • You can request a copy of our current price list here

  • Item codes and descriptions on this site and in our latest catalogue supersede previous editions

  • Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card (with exception of American Express)

  • If you are a new customer, the first three orders will be handled on a proforma basis, after which a credit account may be applied for. Proforma invoices must be cleared prior to manufacture

  • All items are made to order and typically take four weeks to deliver from receipt of order, except where alternative arrangements are agreed
