Warranty

Bristol Maid branded products are designed and manufactured to meet the demands of everyday use, and are guaranteed for a period of 3 years from date of delivery against manufacturing defects, apart from the following components which have 12 months warranty, namely:

• Mechanical & electronic locks
• Gas struts
• Rechargeable batteries
• Linear & hydraulic actuators
• Electronic components
• Plastic components/Side panels
• Bristol Maid polymer products
• Castors
• Drawer runners

For products where Bristol Maid is not the manufacturer, we shall pass on the manufacturer’s warranty. Products covered under this are:

• Metro Range including Starsys Carts and Flo Mobile Workstations
• PL Range of Lockers
• Labcold Fridges
• Numatic Cleaning Trolleys
