‘The Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers’ introduced the Design Guild Mark to reward the work of the finest furniture designers working in volume production in Britain and the best of British furniture designers working abroad. The Mark is awarded for excellence in design, use of materials, manufacture and function.

Awarded the Building Better Healthcare Award, Best Product Used in the Interior Environment for the work on the eClean™ bedside cabinet.

Awarded the Horners Award for Plastics Design & Innovation for the work on the eCleanTM bedside cabinet. The Horners Award is an annual award for an imaginative or innovative contribution to the plastics industry. The Worshipful Company of Horners was founded to set and maintain standards in the ancient craft of the Horner.
After it had 'adopted' plastics, the company introduced an award to encourage good design in plastics, these materials being the logical successor to the horn.

Official press launch of ‘Design Bugs Out’ products at the Design Council, London

Awarded a category on ‘Design Bugs Out’, an initiative commissioned by the Department of Health, NHS Purchasing & Supply Agency and the Design Council which challenged designers and manufacturers to redesign furniture with the aim of reducing Healthcare Associated Infections, (HCAI’s). We were tasked with looking at the bedside cabinet.
